대한척추외과학회 제36차 추계학술대회 개최

대한척추외과학회(회장 김학선, 강남세브란스병원 정형외과 교수)가 지난 15일 그랜드힐튼호텔에서 약 350명이 등록한 가운데 제36차 추계학술대회를 개최했다.

이번 학술대회에는 2개의 방으로 나누어 최신지견과 그동안 연구한 결과들을 공유하는 자리로 마련됐다.

주요 내용은 8개 연구회(▲요추연구회, ▲경추연구회, ▲최소침습척추치료연구회, ▲척추변형연구회, ▲척수신경연구회, ▲척추기초연구회, ▲척추골다공증연구회, ▲척추통증연구회)에서 구성한 내용으로 진행됐다.

김학선(사진 왼쪽) 회장은 본지와 단독으로 만난 자리에서 “이번 학술대회에는 지난 1년간 회원들이 연구한 내용들을 발표하고, 최신지견들을 공유하는 자리로 기초부터 수술적, 비수술적 치료에 이르기까지 다양한 내용들로 구성했다”고 설명했다.

특히 바이오 소재(카이스트 석현광 의공학연구소장) 등의 강의를 통해 기초와 임상간 중개연구 가능성 확대 및 제품화 등에 이르기까지 다양한 내용들로 보다 더 사회적인 역할을 강화할 수 있는 역할도 해 나간다는 계획이다.
